Magnesium Oil Extra relieves pain and promotes healing. It also helps to maintain and restore magnesium deficiencies. Thereby, treating the incredibly diverse number of ailments that are linked to deficient levels of magnesium.
Magnesium Oil Extra can be used in more ways than most people would ever imagine. There are dozens of therapeutic methods to choose from. You can even mix and match them to find the perfect ways to treat your ills and nourish your body.
One of the great things about transdermal magnesium is that you don’t have to worry about taking too much. Your skin only absorbs as much magnesium as your body needs. So, as a general rule of thumb more is better, the more magnesium that enters your body, the better it will be able to do it’s job. Click Tip
Use 5 to 10 sprays of Magnesium Oil Extra every six hours to manage most types of pain.
Don’t worry, you won’t have to walk around all oiled up looking like you’re ready for the pool. Magnesium Oil Extra is not only super absorbent, but it is also lighter than the other magnesium oils. Absorption rates are different for different folks. So, it’s hard to say how long it will take for it to be completely absorbed. Generally, a smooth sheen will linger, comfortably moisturizing your skin, for 5 to 10 minutes.
If you’re in a hurry, you might be tempted to wash off the excess. Don’t do it! There’s a better way. You can speed up the absorption rate by massaging the oil in twice. Just wait a few minutes before rubbing it in the second time. Click Tip
The more you massage, the better it is! Massaging increases your rate of absorption thereby maximizing your pain relief.
Because Magnesium Oil Extra is the only solution on the market that uses ethanol, a proven transdermal permeation enhancer, people might think that it’s coming out of a multi-national lab. This couldn’t be any further from the truth. We make it with the utmost care at a small apothecary in Bali and Jakarta.
So, if ethanol is so good then why aren’t other companies making similar Magnesium Chloride Solutions? I believe that it boils down to dollars and cents. Water is cheaper than alcohol!
So, why increase production cost just to deliver a superior product. Well, for us at Magnesia Apothecary quality comes first. Your health is more important than our profit margin.
But that’s not the only reason why Magnesium Oil Extra is a cut above the fold. Do you realize that knowing the ingredients of a product is only half the story? It’s like making a cake. You can’t just throw some flour, sugar and egg whites together and expect to have a delicious cake.
Ok, so you won’t find anyone baking up a batch of magnesium oil. But, it does need to be mixed correctly and stirred at the right temperature. Most manufacturers would call it quits at this stage and move on to bottling up their product.
At the Magnesia Apothecary, each batch of Magnesium Oil Extra goes through an additional phase, a phase of sonification before bottling. Sonification is important because it ensures that the molecules are seamlessly blended.
In short, Magnesium Oil Extra is a supersaturated solution of magnesium chloride in a hydro-ethanol base.

Did you know that the safest way to take magnesium is through your skin? That’s right, using magnesium oil transdermally eliminates any side-effects associated with oral and intravenous supplementation.
Even though Magnesium Oil Extra is non-toxic, some people may experience mild skin irritations when they first start using it. Magnesium Oil has been known to cause a slight burning sensation, itchiness or a prickling sting.
Our body chemistry is unique and in a constant state of flux. That’s why essential oils and perfumes smell different on different people. It is also why it is hard to say exactly how you will react to magnesium oil.
Some people are prone to skin irritations while others aren’t.
These irritations are uncomfortable, but there’s no reason to worry. Usually, they are temporary. After you’ve been using magnesium oil for a short time, your body gets used to it, and the string goes away.
I use magnesium oil extra as a deodorant, and from time to time it does cause an irritation. It is infrequent and only occurs once or twice every couple of months.
What’s with the Sting?
The sting, tingle or mild itching sensation associated with magnesium oil is not only related to skin sensitivity but could also be:
- A sign of higher deficiency levels — (the more deficient you are, the more likely you are to experience a stinging sensation)
- A natural detoxification reaction — (magnesium triggers the release of toxins which can cause skin irritation)
- A result of increased blood flow in your capillaries — (the vasodilation of the capillaries in your skin (magnesium is a vasodilator) can cause a stinging sensation.
- Changes in your diet, body chemistry and hormonal balance.
